STRENGTHENING WOMEN-LED EXPORT BUSINESSES THROUGH WEIDE 2026 PROGRAM

The Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI), in partnership with the World Trade Organization and the International Trade Centre, has officially launched this year’s training program under the “WEIDE” Fund project (2026) to support women exporters in the digital economy.

The four-day training, which commenced on March 3, 2026, is designed to equip women entrepreneurs with the practical skills and knowledge required to become active participants in digital exports and to enhance their competitiveness in international markets.

The program covers a comprehensive range of topics, including product pricing and profitability improvement methodologies, double taxation agreements, VAT, and corporate income tax regulations applicable to export goods, as well as strategies for digital marketing and expanding sales channels. Participants will also strengthen their soft skills to understand international business environments.

The “WEIDE” Fund project provides systematic support to women exporters in the areas of e-commerce, digital transformation, tax literacy, financial capability, and market expansion. The initiative seeks to increase the participation of Mongolian women entrepreneurs in global trade and to facilitate their successful entry into international markets.
