MNCCI PRESIDENT B. LKHAGVAJAV MEETS WITH UK AMBASSADOR EDWIN SAMUEL

President of the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) B. Lkhagvajav met with His Excellency Edwin Samuel, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Mongolia.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on strengthening business relations and expanding cooperation between enterprises of Mongolia and the United Kingdom. They discussed potential cooperation in areas including the Ulaanbaatar Metro project, the introduction of advanced technologies and know-how, and human resource capacity building.

The two sides also positively assessed the results of cooperation under the SheTrades programme, which supports women-led small and medium-sized enterprises. They exchanged views on exploring new opportunities for financing and continued support under the programme.

The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to further developing trade and economic relations between Mongolia and the United Kingdom and creating new opportunities for cooperation between businesses of the two countries.
