MNCCI Expands Cooperation with Ryazan Region, Russia
The 18th Tri-Partite Forum of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Mongolia, China, and Russia—a traditional event held annually on a rotating basis—was hosted in Irkutsk, Russia by the MNCCI and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Eastern Siberia. The forum included sectoral discussions and B2B meetings across industries such as e-commerce, healthcare, tourism, food and agriculture, light industry, construction materials, coal and gas products, and cashmere goods.

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between MNCCI and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ryazan Region to enhance trade, economic, scientific, technical, and investment ties. The agreement aims to support mutual business development and attract investment between the two countries. The MoU was signed by Ts. Magnaibaatar, Executive Director of MNCCI and Lyudmila Kozlova, President of the Ryazan Chamber. The forum also included:
• A discussion on international arbitration, where S. Enkhtsetseg, Head of the Mongolian International Arbitration, presented on “Resolving Commercial Disputes through Arbitration in Mongolia.”
• A logistics panel titled “Integrating Russia–China–Mongolia Transport Logistics in the New Era” moderated by D. Adiyasuren, Director of MNCCI’s Trade Policy Department.
The forum was attended by MNCCI executives, arbitration representatives, and over 20 business delegates. It has continued in Irkutsk, Russia from July 2–4, with participation from international and regional government officials, businesses, investors, scientific institutions, and diplomats.
