MONGOLIA-POLAND PARLIAMENTARY AND BUSINESS DELEGATES AGREE TO EXPAND COOPERATION

A delegation led by Mr. J. Zoljargal, Member of the State Great Khural and Chair of the Mongolia-Poland Parliamentary Group, conducted an official visit to the Republic of Poland to exchange views on expanding bilateral cooperation. During the visit, Mr. B. Lhagvajav, President of the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI), represented the voice of the Mongolian private sector, expressing positions on enhancing trade and economic ties, improving the business environment, and increasing investment between the two nations.

The delegation met with Mr. Krzysztof Galos, Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment and Chief Geologist of Poland, to discuss opportunities for developing cooperation in the geological and environmental sectors. Furthermore, they held a meeting with Mr. Rafał Komarewicz, Chairman of the Economy and Development Committee of the Sejm, to discuss expanding trade and economic relations, improving the legal framework, exchanging mutual expertise, and supporting economic projects and initiatives.


In a meeting with Mr. Jacek Czerniak, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Poland, the sides discussed pressing issues in the agricultural sector, the implementation of modern technology and innovation, and the refinement of policies and programs to support herders and the private sector. They also explored opportunities to study Polish "know-how," expand collaboration, and support joint investment projects and initiatives. These meetings are of significant importance for deepening bilateral economic and sectoral cooperation between Mongolia and Poland and for increasing private sector involvement.
