MONGOLIA–KOREA BUSINESS MEETING SUCCESSFULLY HELD

The Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI), in cooperation with the Youth Committee of the Jeju Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Korea, successfully organized a Mongolia–Korea B2B Networking Meeting. The event brought together youth entrepreneurs from the tourism, construction, technology, and innovation sectors.

The meeting was opened by Mr. Ts. Magnaibaatar, CEO of MNCCI, and Mr. Lee Jae Seong, Chairman of the Youth Committee of Jeju Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Ts. Magnaibaatar highlighted Jeju Island’s international reputation as a leading destination for tourism, innovation, and sustainable development. He also emphasized Mongolia’s growing opportunities in mining, renewable energy, agriculture, food production, and digital transformation. He noted that combining the strengths and advantages of both sides would create significant opportunities to expand cooperation in tourism, innovation, green development, startups, and advanced technologies.

A key highlight of the event was the active participation of young entrepreneurs from both countries, reflecting the increasingly important role of youth leadership in strengthening Mongolia–Korea economic relations.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. G. Munkh-Erdene, Chairman of the Youth Entrepreneurs Council under MNCCI, and Mr. Lee Jae Seong, Chairman of the Jeju Chamber of Commerce and Industry Youth Committee, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The signing marks an important step toward strengthening cooperation between young entrepreneurs of Mongolia and Korea and fostering future business partnerships between the two countries.
