INVESTOR PROTECTION CENTER OPENS IN MONGOLIA

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia (2026/01/12) - The Government of Mongolia has established the “Investor Protection Center” to protect the rights of both foreign and domestic investors, strengthen the financial environment, and support sustainable economic growth. The center operates under the Ministry of Economy and Development.
Ts.Magnaibaatar, Chief Executive Director of the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI), attended the opening ceremony of the center. During a television interview, he noted that the center will play a key role in supporting foreign-invested companies and resolving the difficulties they face.

He further emphasized that MNCCI will maintain close and ongoing cooperation with the center. MNCCI representatives will actively participate in the center’s single window service, providing support to Mongolian enterprises through business opportunities, projects, programs, and other forms of assistance.

Overall, the center will focus on resolving challenges faced by investors and strengthening coordination among government institutions, with the aim of fostering a stable, transparent, and business-friendly investment environment.

Lastly, MNCCI and our member companies welcomed the establishment of the Investor Protection Center and are ready to support and cooperate to build a great financial climate in Mongolia.
