Organized a Mongolian-Austrian business forum
The Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in cooperation with the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKO) and Embassy of Mongolia in Austria, successfully organized the Mongolian-Austrian Business Forum on March 20, 2023.
The forum was attended by high-level officials and business representatives from both countries, including the President of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, Philipp Gady, the Minister of Digital Development and Communications, Uchral. N, the Ambassador of Mongolia to Austria, Tsengeg. M, and the Director-General of the Austrian Federal Ministry for Economy and Digitalization was Dr. Franz Wessig.
The forum featured speeches by Eröö.D, Business Academy Consultant at the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry on "Mongolia's Economic Outlook and Business Opportunities," and Christina Schosser, Manager of Asia-Pacific at the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, who spoke on "60 Years of Mongolian-Austrian Business Relations."
The event was attended by 11 representatives of 6 Mongolian organizations, as well as over 30 Austrian businesses and organizations, who engaged in discussions on trade, investment, cooperation in areas such as education, health, technology, environment, and tourism, and exchanged information on business opportunities and challenges. The forum aimed to strengthen the bilateral economic ties and enhance collaboration between the two countries.
Founders of the Mongolian-Austrian Business Cooperation Council, Khashbat. Ts and Odontuya. E, participated in the business forum and presented on the achievements and activities of the council as well as the business cooperation between the two countries.
During the visit of Mongolian business delegations, they will have meetings with the Economic Chamber and Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management of Salzburg City to further develop and promote cooperation in these fields.
