“ENTREPRENEUR-2025: RECOGNIZING EXCELLENCE IN MONGOLIA’S PRIVATE SECTOR

The “ENTREPRENEUR-2025” award, recognizing Mongolia’s leading entrepreneurs and enterprises across key industries, was successfully held on 23rd December 2025. In his opening speech, the President of the MNCCI, Mr. B. Lkhagvajav, highlighted the leading enterprises that have demonstrated leadership in driving economic growth and market expansion.

This year, the top 95 enterprises invested 11.3 trillion MNT, created more than 7’600 new jobs, paid 2.4 trillion in taxes, and directed 345.7 billion MNT to sustainable development projects. These amazing achievements truly deserve recognition and pride.

The prestigious “Grand Prix – Golden Mercury Award” was presented to TESO Group. Over the past 30 years, TESO Group successfully operated in the food production, construction, and investment sectors, making a meaningful contribution to Mongolia’s social and economic development.

In 2025, the Group implemented major industrial projects such as “International-standard Export Manufacturing Zone”  and “The Euro Basalt” in both construction and industrial sectors that feature advanced technology. Furthermore, TESO Group launched Mongolia’s first green building project, Sky Park Plaza, reflecting its strong commitment to sustainable development. In the investment and technology sector, the Group also successfully introduced the “Tino” super application, creating new opportunities for safe and reliable taxi services across 57 countries worldwide.

Additionally, Mobicom Corporation was honored with the Silver Mercury Award of the Confederation of Asia-Pacific Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CACCI), recognizing its outstanding contribution to regional business development.

Overall, the award-winning companies are distinguished by their strong commitment to human capital development, the enhancement of professional skills, and their continuous efforts to strengthen competitiveness in international markets. Importantly, their achievements highlight the critical role of the private sector in Mongolia’s sustainable economic development.
