Structure

Congress
The Congress is the supreme decision-making body of the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which held once in four years. It is responsible for consisting the report on the activities of the Chamber and the Auditing Committee, electing the Council and the Auditing Committee fixing the number of the members and approving the Chamber rules and making amendments and additions.

Council
The Council, elected for four years term, deals with administering the activities of the Chamber between the Congresses, convening regular and extraordinary Congresses, admitting to membership of the Chamber and the Presidium and electing of the chairman, vice-chairman and general secretary. Also it is in charge of electing the honorary members, discussing the Chamber annual reports and reviews, approving reports and summaries of the Auditing Committee, setting diversified quotas for membership fees and handling of complaints of the decision of the Presidium. The responsibility of Chairman is to act as Chairperson of the Presidium and the Council as well as CEO for day-to-day operational management of the Chamber.

Presidium
The Presidium is comprised of 15 members chosen from the Council for four years term. It ensures strategic and operational management of the Chamber activities and formulates the agenda to present to the Council and undertakes decisions and the supervision over their implementation. Also it is in charge of admitting active and corresponding members to the Chamber, approving the organizational structure of the Chamber and its affiliated organizations, restructuring and liquidating their activities.

Auditing Committee
The Auditing Committee, elected for four years term 3-5 persons’ staff, undertakes the supervision of financial and economic activities, cash and assets accounts as well as the implementation of orders and resolutions at least twice a year.
