As we already known that the World Intellectual property Organization (WIPO) and World Trade Organization (WTO) recognize four types of intellectual property: patents, trademarks, copyright and geographical indications. A geographical indication (GI) is form of intellectual property and is a distinctive sign to used on goods that have a specific geographical origin and possess certain qualities and a good reputation due to their geographic origin.
